Please note: The sale of hametz will take place on Friday, April 15, 2022.
After downloading the form please fill it out, sign it, and EITHER bring it or mail it with your donation to the Center. If you would like to make your donation *online click here, and select “Sale of Hametz.”
*Along with an online donation, a signed copy of the form is still required. You can scan and email your form to dberke@jaxjewishcenter.org.
